Mr. Sharma provides senior leadership for the strategic use of information technology (IT) resources in support of the mission and goals of Earthworks. . He works closely with leaders in formulating options, facilitating decision-making processes, determining projects, and managing and setting IT priorities for the organization. He joined DealerAdvance, Inc. (DLAD.PK)  in 2006 as CIO. Under his guidance DLAV migrated from legacy environment to Web based SAAS.  Furthermore he developed the handheld  version of WebDA.

Mr. Sharma currently is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative technology, telecommunications, wide area networking, local area networking, desktop support, IT security, disaster recovery planning, applications training and support, and records management.
