Earthworks Entertainment, Inc. was incorporated under the Laws of Delaware on December 3, 1986. Since 1986, the Company has gone through numerous name and management changes.

Since 2003, Earthworks has been developing a presence in the market for high-quality, character-driven child-friendly and family-friendly entertainment. The Company operated under this format led by CEO Peter Keefe until 2007.

In July 2008, Steven Humphries was appointed the Company's new CEO/President and Chairman of the Board. Under Humphries' guidance, the Company is moving forward with building on the initial platform that began in 2003.

Earthworks Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, is a publicly-traded company on the OTC Pink Sheets under the symbol of EWKS.
